The Child in Me

I was browsing through the genre, Children’s Classics and came across this book and just thought I’d share it. 

This is one of my all time favorite book. We were required to read this book back in 5^th Grade and I remembered we did a play and I was casted as Amy, the youngest sister of the bunch. Oh the good times! When I saw this I felt the sudden urge to go and buy so that I can read this to my future kids. My other favorite classics are: Alice in Wonderland, The Prince and the Pauper, Guiliver’s Travels, Thumbelina (the girl is a tiny/big as a thumb!), Peter Pan (the book is so much better – as always) and of course The Jungle Book – I mean how can you not?!

Books to life

Deep inside my heart I always knew that books have a life of its own and this video just proved it. 


How freakishly cool would it be if all the books in your house would come to life and started dancing before your eyes. That would've been cloud 9 for me! 

Til the day this actually happens, we can keep dreaming for now.

W.I.M.B -Tag (Jcel Edition)

Since the boss is away I'm taking the opportunity to finally do this Tag. If you follow my blog you would have noticed that I've mentioned this Tag quite a few times and I'm finally getting into it. Forgive me if it took almost year... 

Now just to give a heads-up, this isn't an exciting post but if you are nosy then hopefully this will interest you.

I present to you... my bag. 

This is what it normally looks like and what I bring with me to work everyday. I don't like to carry a lot of things so there's nothing intriguing in here but even so I will explain and point them out, as if you can't figure them out from the picture... LOL

Side note: The things in my bag have to be in a certain place. Yes, each object have their own position. I cannot explain why it has to be like this but I always always fix my bag that way. Example, (bag facing me) my wallet should be on the left and kikay on the right. Everyday I fix my bag, ONLY ME, I will have a panic attack if someone fiddles with it. 

Okay enough with my Obsessive Complusive-ness... let's get on with it shall we?!

1. My Wallet  - Oh yes it is bright orange and I love it! It's actually a pouch but I turned it into a wallet because that's how I roll! hehe

2. Tissue - Must have. 

3. Cable - For my Ipod

4. Envelope - Random. I used it to keep Mixxed payments and receipts. 

5. Plug - Ipad Charger

6. Octopus - I will die without this. (Not HKers? - It's sort of a debit card to use in public transportations as well as specified shops and restaurants) The chinese people calls it a 'Toot' card hahaha Yes that's what they literally say. Why it's called an Octopus is beyond me... so don't ask. :p

7. Kikay Kit - In it are my face powder, lipgloss, lip balm, concealer, mirror and random hairclips/ties. 

8. Hand lotion - Vaseline my all time favorite. 

9. Random things - Usb, connector and Sanitizer 

10. Ipad - I don't always bring this because I find it heavy but on the occasion of this picture I have it my bag so.. that's that. 

11. Ipod Nano - Last but not least. I've had this for almost 4 years now and it's still alive and kicking! I'll probably cry my heart out if this gave up on me. LOL 

So there you have it folks... my (boring) bag. Usually I would have a book in there but because of the Ipad I took it out, it became too heavy for my tiny body to carry. 

Anyways, glad to finally cross out this Tag from my "What to post" list.
